Welcome to Hotel Vatsa Residency. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Hotel Vatsa Residency’s website and the booking of our accommodation and services.
By accessing this website and/or making a reservation with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Hotel Vatsa Residency’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Definitions & Interpretations
- “Hotel”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to Hotel Vatsa Residency, located at Industrial Estate Chandpur, Near Bank of Baroda Zonal Office, Chandpur, Varanasi – 221106.
- “Guest”, “You”, and “Your” refers to the person accessing this website and/or booking rooms/services with us.
- “Services” refers to room reservations, dining, meetings, and all associated hospitality services provided by the hotel.
2. Reservations & Bookings
- All room bookings made through our website or direct channels are subject to availability and acceptance by Hotel Vatsa Residency.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and make a reservation independently. Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) is mandatory for all adult guests at the time of check-in.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of confirmation.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for security and privacy reasons.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame mentioned during the booking confirmation process.
- In case of late cancellations or No-Shows, retention charges or the first night’s tariff may be applicable as per the booking terms.
- Refunds for online payments, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment gateway within 7-10 working days.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior that causes disturbance, danger, or distress to other guests or staff will result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking inside non-smoking rooms is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available on the premises.
- Prohibited Items: Bringing illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or outside commercial cooking equipment into the hotel premises is strictly forbidden.
- Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Hotel Vatsa Residency takes reasonable security measures, but we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas. Guests are advised to use the room safe where provided.
- We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or power outages.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Unless otherwise stated, Hotel Vatsa Residency and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
